Dear Parent/Carer,
Erdington Academy Year 6 Open Evening – Thursday 24 September 2026
On Thursday 24 September, Erdington Academy will be hosting our annual Year 6 Open Evening, welcoming prospective students and their families from 5:00pm.
To enable staff to prepare for the event, the academy day will finish early. Current students will be dismissed at 2:30pm, and all students should leave the site by 2:45pm.
If your son or daughter has volunteered to support the Open Evening, they will also need to leave the site at the end of the school day and return at the time specified in their consent letter.
We recognise that an early finish may present challenges for some families. In exceptional circumstances, we may be able to supervise students on site until 3:10pm. If you require this support, please contact the academy no later than then 3.10pm on Wednesday 23rd September 2026 so that arrangements can be made.
