The welfare of our students at Erdington Academy is our primary focus. We understand that in order for our students to maximise their academic potential they must feel safe and valued.
Upon entering Erdington Academy your son/daughter will be become an integral member of a House: Arden, Dean, Mercia and Sherwood . Each House is led by a non-teaching House Manager, who will ensure your son / daughter is safe, happy and working hard!
The mixed age vertical tutor groups for Years 7 – 10 create a real “family” atmosphere in the school, as students get the chance to mix with students of all ages in a safe, controlled environment. Your child’s Form Tutor, House Manager and a link Senior Leader will enable your child to approach new ways of doing things confidently and successfully.
